Your 2026-2027 Ministry Finalists

City Changers Movement, $45,534
“Equipping Everyday Missionaries”
The teacher. The nurse. The woman in your neighborhood. They spend their weeks in classrooms, hospital wards, and communities a pastor may never enter, and most have never been told that God placed them there on purpose. City Changers Movement exists to tell them. Working with senior pastors across Broward and Palm Beach, this grant will equip and publicly commission up to 120 believers from 15 churches, most of them women, to live as everyday missionaries. Over eight sessions they learn to share the hope of Jesus confidently and naturally, and at the end each one is sent by name from her own congregation. The grant will fund the full project, and every church keeps the resources needed to raise up the next 120 missionaries.

City Rev Prep Christian School, $81,577
“Furnishing a School, Forming a Generation”
A desk is more than a place to sit. It’s where a four-year-old opens her first Bible, where a first-grader learns to read, where a child spends thirty of the most formative hours of her week. In August 2027, the same heart for the next generation that City Rev Church has carried for the last 25 years becomes something greater. A true collaboration through Church United, City Rev Prep Christian School will open on the campus of Greenhouse Church, starting with Pre-K4 through first grade and adding a new grade each year. Right now, the rooms are waiting. This grant will furnish the classrooms, cafeteria, and clinic completely, so every space is ready on the first day of school for children to learn, grow, and come to know Jesus.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes – Broward, $65,000
“Strengthening Coaches, Shaping Young Lives”
For many young athletes, a coach is one of the most influential adults in their lives. Broward FCA has built deep trust with those coaches, and last year celebrated 1,018 decisions for Christ and 51 baptisms across 32 schools and parks. But coaches give everything to their teams, and too often little is left for home. This grant will launch Coach S.A.Y.S. (Sent. Assigned. Yielded to the Savior.), a year-round pathway that disciples coaches to lead their athletes spiritually, and brings the Coaches TimeOut marriage retreat to Broward for the first time, strengthening 35 coaching couples. When coaches are encouraged and rooted in Christ, they are better equipped to pour His truth into the next generation.

First Priority of Broward, $87,820
“The Gospel on Every Campus in Broward”
Many teenagers may never walk through the doors of a church, but they will follow a friend into a classroom for pizza. First Priority’s Christian students lead Gospel-centered clubs on public middle and high school campuses, and each month they host an Invite Week where classmates hear the Gospel clearly and are connected with a local church. Last school year, more than 6,000 students said yes to Jesus this way. Through Bringing Hope Broward, First Priority is working toward a club in every middle and high school in the county, and this grant will provide two years of Invite Week meals and 7,120 Bibles, helping students across Broward encounter Jesus right where they are.

Hope Women’s Centers, $42,000
“Reaching Her Before It’s Too Late”
In a frightening moment, a woman facing an unexpected pregnancy may feel completely alone, often late at night. Since 1987, Hope Women’s Centers has offered Broward County free pregnancy care and the love of Christ across three locations. HopeSync, their 24/7 nurse hotline, ensures she isn’t alone: a compassionate registered nurse answers her text at any hour, listens, and schedules her a free appointment. Last year the line answered nearly 35,000 messages. One in four women came in for an appointment, and 80% of those abortion-minded women chose life. The cost of this service has more than doubled. This grant will keep the lifeline open around the clock for a full year, offering hope when she may need it most.

Serving with Grace, $51,000
“Feeding Bodies, Nourishing Souls”
For thousands of local working families, a paycheck still isn’t enough to put nutritious food on the table. Serving with Grace welcomes them with dignity and practical help: at Grace’s Closet, families choose their own clothing, diapers, and household goods, and the Corner Pantry sends them home with food, reaching about 10,000 people a year. But the pantry’s single small refrigerator cannot hold what families need most: meat, milk, real meals. This grant will provide a stand-up freezer and a full year of fresh and frozen food, and keep the Bible Bookshelf stocked with 100 Bibles each quarter, so families leave with nourishment for today and the hope of God’s Word for tomorrow.

Youth for Christ – Rebalance SFL, $60,000
“Hope for the Students Who Need It Most”
Some young people carry burdens no child should have to carry alone: abuse, neglect, exposure to violence, or time in the juvenile justice system. They are the students Youth for Christ goes looking for. Their Rebalance SFL program surrounds them with a trained mentor who shows up week after week through a twelve-week, trauma-informed program, helping them manage emotions, set healthy boundaries, make better choices, and discover the hope of Jesus. 96% of Rebalance students report a greater sense of belonging. This grant will sustain four existing Broward sites and open three more, giving 40 to 60 additional young people each year someone who will walk alongside them, at no cost to their families.
